Online yoga classes using Zoom - New students are welcome
Classes in Street and private one to one tuition in your home or mine
Some small face to face classes have restarted, and are currently full. If you're interested in a small group class at my house, please contact me with preferred days and times.
My online yoga classes (groups and one-to-one) for our locality are now running successfully and I have also recorded some (free) guided relaxations - please go to the online yoga page. My online classes aim to get as close as possible to our normal group and one-to-one yoga classes, and are run using Zoom - the popular online meeting tool, so that we can see and hear each other. It's quite easy to set up, and I arrange a set up session for students, as well as an initial trial class at no charge.
Re face to face classes:
My classes are appropriate for beginners with little or no experience of yoga, as well as more advanced students. A typical class will begin with a short relaxation incorporating a breathing practice, warm up exercises, followed by a variety of postures (asanas), and a final relaxation. Meditation and Mindfulness techniques may be included.
All classes are an hour and a quarter long and the cost is £9.00.

I continue to teach yoga from Street, online via Zoom - students may join these classes from any location. I currently have students from London, Hampshire and Scotland, as well as Street, Glastonbury and surrounding areas.
