Assisting a student in a 1-2-1 yoga session
It’s convenient and efficient to have yoga tuition at home. Individual Yoga tuition is tailored to your specific needs - health, flexibility, strength, experience and knowledge of yoga, and gives you the chance to learn at your own pace, proceeding as quickly or as slowly as you wish. There is also ample opportunity to ask questions and to get feedback on your progress as a yoga student.
Classes are taught by Julia Wheatley, who holds the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma, and has been teaching traditional Hatha yoga since 1989 to people of all ages and levels of ability.

"My style is quite eclectic, drawing influences from aspects of Iyengar, Sivananda and Satyananda schools, as well as teachers including Donna Farhi, Erich Schiffmann, Mukunda Stiles and Judith Lasater. I do not teach fast moving or 'hot' yoga styles (eg Ashtanga or Bikram); however some short sequences, for example classical Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) and a Warrior (Virabhadrasana) sequence, are sometimes included."
